The exercise involved preparation of field instruments, coordination of field interviews, data analysis, and preparation of report. It also involved presentation of the stakeholders for validation and dissemination in a workshop. The report was for was for KIPRA. 11. Jointly participated worked with Osano and Associates on the Kenya Wildlife Service Strategic Plans for 2005 – 2010 and 2008 – 2012. In both cases the exercises involved a review of the institutions mandate, mission, objectives, organizational structure and activities. In the process identifying the weaknesses, strengths and potentials that were used to identify relevant objectives and for the formulation of a strategic plan. The later Strategic Plan was planned using balanced score card.
